Our Relationship Models

There are basically two models. One, retainer basis where you get our engineers on a monthly basis. Two, project basis where from a set of requirements, we quote you a fee. It depends on what your needs are. Contact us for more information.

Fixed-bid Project

From a specification document, we quote a budget and a timeline.

1. Whatever you're asking, coding, designing, or setting up. We will deliver with speed & quality.
2. You may be eligible for a free estimate and/or consultation
3. After it's done, you can use our Dedicated Team service to provide maintenance and upgrades.

Dedicated Team

You get fulltime engineer(s) working for you as if they are your employees.

1. Same standard as a US engineer, with 1/3 salary
2. Full time or part time, you choose (no hourly)
3. No minimum contract period. You dont need the engineer anymore, you can just say so.
4. No such thing as paid holidays or sick days. You simply wont get charged for missing days.

Which one should you choose?

If you are an IT company, or you want us to maintain and upgrade an existing application, or has other developers on board, you should use our Dedicated Team service.

But if you want us to build an application from scratch, but you do not have clear specs / wireframes yet, and yet want flexibility on the features built, use our Dedicated Team service.

If you have a great project management skill, and has time to manage, use our Dedicated Team Service as it can be cheaper and more flexible.

But if you have specs, dont want to worry about managing a project, and want the project done on time and on budget, you should use our Fixed-bid Project service.
